*To qualify for NIHB therapy services, you must meet the following criteria:
Indigenous Status: You must be recognized as a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis individual. This includes members of federally recognized First Nations or those who are registered with Indigenous organizations.
Provincial and Federal Coverage: You must be covered under the NIHB program through the Government of Canada, or you must be registered as eligible for NIHB services.
Prior Authorization: Therapy services may require prior approval from the NIHB program, depending on the length and type of treatment. We assist with this process to ensure that you have the support you need to access care without delay.
Living with ADHD can feel isolating and overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. At Live Inspired Wellness, our ADHD Support Groups offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can connect with others who understand the unique challenges of ADHD. Led by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and a Registered Psychotherapist, these groups integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help participants manage symptoms and build practical skills for daily life.
