At Live Inspired Wellness, we hold a deep respect for the land we work and gather on, and for the histories that live within it. Our acknowledgment is a reflection of our interconnectedness with the past, present, and future. We understand that reconciliation is a journey—one rooted in action, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
Recognizing that Uxbridge might be home to diverse array of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit. We honour the traditional territories of the Ho-de-no-sau-nee-ga (Haudenosaunee), Wendake-Nionwentsïo, Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, and Mississauga peoples, we acknowledge the resilience and wisdom of Indigenous communities who have stewarded these lands for generations.
For us, reconciliation is a practice: It means facing the harm caused by colonialism and showing up for the work of repair and healing. This acknowledgment is our commitment to keep listening, learning, and using our voices in meaningful ways.
We invite our clients, colleagues, and community to stand with us as we work toward a future where every voice matters, every culture is respected, and we all live in better relationship with the land.
